Which app do I need for the Nuvelli Smartwatch?
To get started, download the Nuvelli Connect app from the App Store on your phone, or use the app displayed on the watch during setup.
Why is my Nuvelli Smartwatch not pairing with my phone?
If your Nuvelli Smartwatch isn’t pairing with your phone, don’t worry — a quick reset or reconnect usually solves the issue.
Try the following:
• Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
• Keep the smartwatch close to your phone during setup
• Confirm the app has Bluetooth permissions enabled
• Restart both your phone and smartwatch
• Remove old smartwatch connections from your Bluetooth settings if needed
You can also use the MAC address listed under Settings > About to help identify the correct device during pairing.
What wrist sizes fit the Nuvelli Smartwatch?
The Nuvelli Smartwatch is designed to comfortably fit wrists between 5.5 and 7.7 inches in circumference. For the best fit, the watch should feel secure without being overly tight. Wearing the strap too tightly may cause discomfort, while a loose fit can affect activity tracking and heart rate readings.
Can I answer phone calls from my Nuvelli Smartwatch?
Yes. Once connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth, your Nuvelli Smartwatch supports Bluetooth calling directly from your wrist. For calling features to work properly, your smartphone must remain connected to the smartwatch.
Can I wear my Nuvelli Smartwatch in the shower or pool?
We do not recommend wearing your Nuvelli Smartwatch while showering, bathing, or swimming. Hot water, steam, and prolonged moisture exposure can affect the smartwatch over time. If the watch becomes wet, dry it thoroughly before charging or continued use.
Why is my smartwatch not receiving notifications?
If notifications are not appearing on your smartwatch:
- Verify the watch is connected to your phone.
- Check that notification permissions are enabled in both the companion app and your phone settings.
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
- Restart the smartwatch and your phone if needed.
Reconnecting the smartwatch through the companion app may also resolve the issue.
Why is my smartwatch not tracking heart rate, sleep, or activity accurately?
For the most accurate readings:
- Wear the watch snugly on your wrist.
- Make sure the sensors on the back of the watch are clean.
- Avoid wearing the watch too loosely.
- Ensure the watch remains in contact with your skin during workouts and sleep tracking.
Tracking accuracy can vary based on movement, fit, and environmental conditions.

How long is the warranty on Nuvelli products?
Nuvelli products are backed by a limited 1-year warranty from the original date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer may be required for warranty service.

The Nuvelli limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the 1-year warranty period. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
